All Direct Sheetmetal kits are made from 16 and 18 gauge steel, and are hand-formed in Their shop. Each part has been designed so that the average hot rod enthusiast will be able to install it in his.her own garage or workshop. Each kit contains mounting hardware and an easy-to-understand instruction sheet. Every car or truck is different, so slight trimming and re-shaping of some parts may be necessary to get a correct fit.
