The Second Generation Camaros are becoming hotter every day, and Fat Man has a trick suspension that provides Pro Touring handling and style. This complete new subframe provides vastly improved geometry with a 2” narrower track width. This unit bolts into the unibody just like the original. Either small or big blocks can be installed using the oilpans which will fit in the original chassis. The installation is simple enough that many are done without removing the engine. The front mounted rack and pinion solves the old problem of header to steering box interference. Bring the handling of your ’70-‘81 Camaro up to speed with a bolt in suspension that looks killer too!
It provides mounting holes for the core support and bumper as well as the fuel and brake lines.
Included are 11" iron disc brakes.
Supplied motor mounts are tubular-style providing an exceptionally strong triangulated design that handles engine torque.
